The Victorian Leadership Network is an emerging statewide collaboration of Regional Leadership Collective's nine regional leadership organisations and Leadership Victoria, working together through the Citizen Leadership Project to build a cohesive, evidence-based approach to civic leadership capability across Victoria — with both a place-based and statewide focus.

Submission to State Govt
Ahead of the 2026 Victorian election, the Victorian Leadership Network has developed an investment case seeking government co-investment to scale community leadership capability development across all 79 local government areas.
